There’s nothing more Australian than comforting bush food and a bush dance. To quench your thirst while you’re eating and dancing the night away, there’s nothing more Aussie than a beer!

At Buttai Barn, our bar serves cheap drinks all night, and we have a range of brews available from both Australia and overseas- including one from our local Hunter Valley.

If beer isn’t your thing, hey, nobody’s perfect – don’t despair. Our bar also serves a broad selection of red and white wines from the Hunter Valley and beyond, as well as top shelf spirits.

For special occasions, we can even bring out the bubbly!

Summer Season Menu

(available from 6th October – 10th November & 1st January – 28th April)

For only $54 per head you get amazing entertainment, fun and a two course meal which includes:

Crunchy damper on arrival.

Entrée – Alternate serve sate chicken sticks on cous cous or Thai beef salad on rice noodles

Main – Carvery of mustard-crusted beef, roast pork with apple sauce, country-style roast chicken accompanied by:

  • Chat potatoes and corn on the cob
  • Tomato & basil in balsamic vinegar
  • Caesar salad
  • Green salad
  • Coleslaw
  • Thai noodle salad
  • Creamy pasta salad
  • Apple & mint tabbouleh
  • Rocket, quinoa & roast sweet potato salad
  • Middle eastern rice salad
  • Baby beets
  • Pickled onions & gherkins

Dessert (can be purchased for $10 per head on the night if desired) – Tropical pavlova, home made sticky date pudding, chocolate mud cake and American cheese cake.

Tea and Coffee is also available after dinner.

Winter Season Menu

(available from 5th May – 29th September)

For only $54 per head you get amazing entertainment, fun and a two course meal which includes:

Entrée – Home made soup with crusty damper

Main – Country style roast beef, pork & chicken with oven roasted vegetables

Dessert (can be purchased for $10 per head on the night if desired) – Fresh fruit salad, tropical pavlova, chocolate mud cake, sticky date pudding

Tea and Coffee is also available after dinner.

Xmas in July Menu

(available from 2nd July – 31st July. Night time only)

For only $55 per head you get amazing entertainment, fun and a two course meal which includes:

Entrée – Home made soup with crusty damper

Main – Roast beef, pork, chicken, and ham with country style baked vegetables

Dessert (can be purchased for $10 per head on the night if desired) – Sticky Date Pudding, Pavlova,  Christmas Pudding,  Chocolate Mud Cake and American Baked Cheesecake

Tea and Coffee is also available after dinner.

Christmas Season Menu

(available from 16th November – 22nd December)

For only $65 per head you get amazing entertainment, fun and a three course meal which includes:

Entrée – Alternate serve of Sate chicken sticks on Cous Cous and Thai Beef salad on rice noodles and mesclin salad

Main – Roast, beef, pork, chicken and honey glazed ham accompanied by:

  • Chat potatoes and corn on the cob
  • Tomato & basil in balsamic vinegar
  • Caesar salad
  • Green salad
  • Coleslaw
  • Thai noodle salad
  • Creamy pasta salad
  • Apple & mint tabbouleh
  • Rocket, quinoa & roast sweet potato salad
  • Middle eastern rice salad
  • Baby beets
  • Pickled onions & gherkins

Dessert – Plum pudding, pavlova, fresh fruit salad, sticky date pudding, chocolate mud cake, American baked cheesecake.
