breannas wedding outsideFor getting hitched, Buttai Barn will make your special day one to remember.  Imagine the delight of exchanging vows under the trees, overlooking a tranquil pond sprinkled with water lillies, then heading inside and kicking up your heels with to 300 guests on our huge dance floor.

If you are looking for a wedding venue with a difference for either a formal or casual reception, we invite you to consider allowing us to share your special day.

You can either choose one of the packages shown below, or design your own package from the different courses shown below.

If you decide to design your own package, the requirements are that a minimum of $6500 is spent on the food component and the 6 hour hire fee is $600 (surcharge of $100 per half hour applies for hire over 6 hours) applies.

We offer you the option  of an all inclusive package including 6 hour room hire (concluding at 11.30 p.m.) fabric chair covers with organza bows, Traditional or Bush Theme (see below) Sheer Backdrop with waterfall fairy lights.  Bridal & Cake table with flouncing and chiffon swags.  Guests tables set with linen cloths, napkins and sparkling glassware and cutlery.

There are three food packages to choose from with multiple choices in each course.

Tea & Coffee

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • To confirm your reservation, a deposit of $400 is required within 14 days, which will be refunded seven days after the event.
  • If tailoring menu to suit, a minimum expenditure on food is $6,500 for Saturday night functions. Other days by negotiation.
  • Final numbers and payment are to be given seven days prior to the function. These numbers may be increased up to 48 hours prior to the function, but not decreased.
  • Bar account to be finalised on the night of the function.
  • Menu choice to be arranged four weeks prior to the function. Absolutely no BYO food or alcohol permitted.
  • Damage or loss of property belonging to Buttai Barn will be charged to the client.
  • Candles, tea lights or any naked flame are not permitted. Battery tea lights are permitted.
  • Metallic sprinkles must be approved in advance of setting up
  • Food service agreed times must be adhered to, otherwise a late fee of $50 for every 15 minutes will be charged.
  • Guests should be advised in advance of the arrival time at Buttai Barn, as no facilities will be available until the agreed time.
  • Gifts and all property belonging to the bridal party must be removed on the night of the function.
  • Prices quoted on www.buttaibarn.com.au are true and correct at time of viewing and guaranteed until 31 December, 2016 and include GST, but may be updated without notice.
  • Responsible service of alcohol laws must be observed and function organiser is responsible for guests supplying alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons.
  • Access to the Barn on Friday is conditional on no Friday night function.
