For getting hitched, Buttai Barn will make your special day one to remember. Imagine the delight of getting married in the Aussie bushland setting under the trees and overlooking a tranquil pond sprinkled with exotic water lillies, then heading inside and kicking up your heels with up to 300 guests at your bush barn reception.

If you are arranging a wedding and looking for a wedding venue with a difference for either a formal or casual reception, we invite you to consider allowing us to share your special day.

You can either choose one of the packages shown below, or design your own package, as long as the expendiure on food, totals a Minimum of $5,500.  Hire and decorating costs are additional

PACKAGES

We offer you the option of an all inclusive package including 6 hours hire (until 11.30pm) fabric chair covers with organza bows, Traditional or Bush Theme (see below), Sheer Backdrop with waterfall fairy lights.  Bridal and cake table with flouncing and chiffon swags.  Guests tables set with linen cloths and napkins, sparkling glassware and cutlery.

There are three food packages to choose from with multliple choices in  each course.

Package 1 - Hire & Food    - $76 p.h. Min 95 guests

Package 2 - Hire & Food -    $87 p.h. Min. 85 guests

Package 3 - Hire & Food  -   $98  p.h. Min 75 guests

Beverage package $34 p.h.

 A 5 hour alcohol package is available, beginning with service of canapes. Standard Beer, non and alcoholic punch, soft drink.

With dinner,  wines fromTyrells Long Flat, McGuigan's Black Label range, Yellowglen or Killawarra bubbly and soft drink.

Alternatively, you can set your budget for beverages and choose from our bar menu to suit yourself.

Definitely no BYO alcohol permitted.

Booking Requirements

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of $400 is required within 7 days, which will be refunded 7 days after the function.

If tailoring menu to suit, a minim expenditure on for is $5,500 for Saturday night functions.  Other days by negotiation.

Final numbers and payment are to be given 7 days prior to the functionThese numbers may be increased up to 48 hours prior to the function, but not decreased.

Bar account is to be finalised on the night of the function.

Menu Choice to be arranged 4 weeks prior to the function.  Absolutely no BYO alcohol or food permitted.

Credit card payments attract a 1.5% fee.

Damage or loss of property belonging to Buttai Barn  will be charged to the client.

Candles, tea lights or any naked flame are not permitted.  Battery tea lights look just as effective and are permissible.

Metallic sprinkles must be approved in advance of setting up.

Food service times must be adhered to, otherwise a late fee of $50 per 15 minutes will be charged.

Guests should be advised in advance , of arrival  time at the Barn, as no facilities will be available until the agreed time.

Gifts and all property belonging the bridal party must be removed on the night of the function.

Prices quoted on www.buttaibarn.com.au are true and correct at time of viewing and guaranteed until 30th June, 2012 and include GST, but menus may be updated without notice.

Responsibile service of alcohol laws must be observed and function organizer is responsible for guests supplying alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons.

Access to the Barn on the day before the function is conditional on no function being held that night.
