For getting hitched, Butta Barn will make your special day one to remember. Imagine the delight of getting married in the Aussie bushland setting under the trees and overlooking a tranquil pond sprinkled with exotic water lillies, then heading inside and kicking up your heels with up to 300 guests at your bush barn reception.

If you are arranging a wedding and looking for a wedding venue with a difference for either a formal or informal ceremony, we invite you to consider allowing us to share your special day.

To hire Buttai Barn for your wedding and reception for a six-hour period will only cost $450. After six hours, a half hourly charge of $100 until midnight will apply. Hire time commences upon service of hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

Optional decoration fees are as follows:

  • Traditional Theme - fairy lights and tulle on poles and railings - $250
  • Bush Theme - hessian on bridal table, calico cloths, hessian placemats, hay bales, pumpkins, sheaves of wheat, fairy lights and ivy on poles and railings - $250
  • Backdrop - includes chiffon drops and swags sprinkled with fairy lights - $180 (Gold Roses $25 extra)
  • White Bells - clusters of varying sized wedding bells with gold ribbon bows - $75
  • Gold Roses - clusters of gold wired-ribbon roses for bridal and cake tables - $50

  • To confirm your reservation, a deposit of $400 is required within 14 days, which will be refunded seven days after the event.
  • Minimum expenditure on food is $4600 for Saturday night functions. Other days by negotiation.
  • Final numbers and payment are to be given seven days prior to the function. These numbers may be increased up to 48 hours prior to the function, but not decreased.
  • Bar account to be finalised on the night of the function.
  • Menu choice to be arranged four weeks prior to the function. Absolutely no BYO food or alcohol permitted.
  • Damage or loss of property belonging to Buttai Barn will be charged to the client.
  • Candles must be contained and approved by management.
  • Food service agreed times must be adhered to, otherwise a late fee of $50 for every 15 minutes will be charged.
  • Guests should be advised in advance of the arrival time at Buttai Barn, as no facilities will be available until the agreed time.
  • Gifts and all property belonging to the bridal party must be removed on the night of the function.
  • Prices quoted on www.buttaibarn.com.au are true and correct at time of viewing and guaranteed until 30th November 2008 and include GST, but may be updated without notice.
  • Responsible service of alcohol laws must be observed and function organiser is responsible for guests supplying alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons.
